      How do I pair a different property on my display?

      If you need to move a display from one property to another please follow the steps below.


      1. Make sure you have added the new property on the GVG dashboard. This can be done manually or imported from your connected PMS.
      2. On the GVG display, click Settings (bottom right corner)
      3. Click Access Admin Settings
      4. Enter the Device Passcode (located under Settings, clicking on the property, or under the email dropdown at the top right corner)
      5. Click Unpair Property
      6. Enter the Device Passcode again
      7. Enter the new Property ID
      8. Confirm the address and your new property will be paired with the display
