Once the Welcome Video has been applied to the property it will automatically play after your guests have checked in, selected 1-5 for their first impression review, and viewed the house rules.
1. Click on "Content"
2. Click on "Welcome Screen/Videos"
3. Click on "Welcome Video"
4. Click on "+Add Welcome Video"
5. Add a Name for the Welcome Video
6. Upload the Welcome Video and don't click Next until the video has finished uploading
7. Add a short message that will be displayed below the video while it is playing
8. To prevent fast-forwarding toggle on "Prevent Skip Video"
9. To prevent muting toggle on "Prevent Mute Video"
10. Once all settings are complete click "Next"
11. Select all of the properties you would like the Welcome Video applied
12. Click on "Save" and the Welcome Video will be applied to the selected properties
