What is the Device Code/Passcode?

The device code or “passcode” is the numeric code that is required to access the admin settings on the physical GuestView Guide device. The device code can be obtained from two locations:

1. Log in to manage.guestviewguide.com. On the top right, click on the drop-down menu next to your email address. You will see a 6-digit number that is your passcode.
2. Log in to manage.guestviewguide.com. Click on Settings —> General info. You will see a section labeled Manage Passcode. Here you can edit the passcode and create a new one.
